How to order
Browse through the site and select the products you want. When you are done, type up an email and send it to us. Remember to add a contact number, as well as your delivery address (we need that for shipping costs). Please remember to also supply your postal code. Once we have received your order, we will send you a quote with payment instructions, as well as shipping options and costs.

Payment options
We only accept EFT and CASH. NO CHEQUES. We do not have credit card facilities, but you should be able to do a online transfer with your creditcard, similar to EFT. Due to the increase of FRAUD we do not post item with proof of payment only. We only post items when funds reflect in our account.

Shipping Costs
Courier fees is charged at R110 per 10kg (volumetric weight). This is just an astimated price. We can only calculate how much the shipping is going to be once you have selected all the products you want and supplied the shipping address. If the address is far from any main centers, delivery might cost a bit more. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. Insurance fee is charged at 2% of the insured value. If it is a small item and it will be more cost effective, we'll send it with Speed Services or normal postal service.

NB: According to new regulations by IATA, the body governing airlines & their carriage of cargo, air rifles are now considered to be hazardous cargo! For that reason we cannot send air rifles with Speed Services for overnight delivery anymore.

All the products that you can buy here, carry some form of warranty from the supplier/manufacturer. If the item you have purchased is found to be defective, damaged or satisfactory in any way, the item may be returned for a replacement. Airgunshop.co.za will facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer/supplier but cannot reasonably be held liable for any misuse or abuse of any of the items sold and used beyond its control.

All charges for returns are for the returnee's account, but Airgunshop.co.za will, at its discretion and depending on the circumstances, compensate for these expenses. The costs involved in all warranty issues, will be at the expense of Airgunshop.co.za and its agents, suppliers and/or manufacturers.

Due to necessity, Airgunshop.co.za makes use of the SA Postal Services and private courier companies to deliver its goods. Whilst we make every effort to ensure speedy service and delivery within the advertised time frames, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by services provided by others.

However, if delivery times do not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with the delivery times please do not hesitate to contact us with the details. We will take your comments very seriously.
